Aditya Forge is well equipped with state of the art infrastructure for manufacturing of Forgings in its Forge-shop, Machine-shop, Drilling/Finishing, Inspection & Testing, Raw Material Cutting, and Material Handling & Transportation which makes it able to meet & fulfill the required production capacity, quality and delivery schedule.
Raw Material
As we know the best input yields the best output. Hence our stringent quality process start right from the selection of best quality raw material which is procured from reputed Steel Mills in India in the form of ingots, billets, blooms, rounds, squares etc. The raw material is cut into required sizes as per forging requirement using band saw machines.
Forge Shop
Our Forge shop is equipped two press hammers & one ring rolling hammer supported by two heating oil fired furnaces & two boilers working in 3 shifts a day. Our personnel working on hammers are highly skilled & long experienced persons in forging industry.
Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment is a decisive process in order to obtain required properties. We have a boggie type furnace well equipped with temperature controller. Forgings are well heat-treated as per requirements which include Normalizing, Solution Annealing, Quenching, hardening and Tempering etc.
Machine Shop
Our machine shop is equipped with various types of band saw machines, horizontal lathe machines, and drill machines having different capacities to meet all types of turning requirements.
